The xCAM is designed around a Texas Instruments TDA2 ADAS Applications Processor, coupled with multiple advanced sensor systems, enabling OEMs and ODMs to rapidly implement a wide variety of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems.
The Texas Instruments TDA2x Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) Applications Processor is a highly integrated, programmable platform SoC that incorporates DSPs,high performance Embedded Vision Engines to meet the intense processing needs of the modern infotainment, driver assisted and autonomous automobile.
The Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) are a key step towards intelligent driver assistance and fully autonomous vehicles. ADAS systems include Lane Keep Assist, Blind Spot Detection, Lane Departure Warning, Collision Warning System, Intelligent Speed Adaptation, Traffic Sign Recognition, Pedestrian Protection and Object Detection, Adaptive Light Control and Automatic Parking Assistance systems.
The xCAM Platform contains a comprehensive blend of advanced sensors which enable OEMs and ODMs to evaluate, develop and rapidly deploy advanced TI TDA2 ADAS systems resulting in faster time to market with minimal engineering effort.
